Biography

Dominic de Grande is a song writer and prize winning composer of documentary film, contemporary classical & electronic music. He was educated at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and Cambridge University where he was awarded the Sir Arthur Bliss Prize. In 2017 he was mentored by and contributed to a CD of sacred works - Annunciations - compiled by Sir James Macmillan. His choral music has been performed in the UK, Holland, Switzerland and America. 

 

Dominic has composed the scores for multiple award winning documentaries and films and has long-time partnerships with leading London based visual and video artists. He is also a multi-instrumentalist session musician whose most recent performances included the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace.
